JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-06-2019 Considering the fact that for disposal of dispute of the colleges or institution receiving grant-in-aid on the basis of performance of students, the State Government has constituted a Pradhikar under the Bihar Anudanit Shikshan Pradhikar Niamawali, 2015 vide notification dated 19.5.2015, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Pradhikar for appropriate decision on the grievance raised

Patna High Court CWJC No.12248 of 2019(2) dt.25-06-2019 2/2 by the petitioner. The Pradhikar is required to decide the dispute, if raised by the petitioner along with a copy of this order within a period of one month from today. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
