2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 39 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 147, 353/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 Arms Act.

3. As per allegation, on secret information police raided the Devi Sthan on 16.01.2023. Co-accused Ravish Kumar started firing upon the police officials and tried to flee away but

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38841 of 2023(2) dt.31-07-2023 2/2 got apprehended and in order to set him free, 20-25 accused along with the petitioners assaulted police personnel and fled away. Local chaukidar named the petitioners.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent. They have falsely been implicated and the allegations against them are general and omnibus in nature.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. VI, Patna in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 39 of 2023 , subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
