2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 213 of 2026 lodged on 12.04.2026, for the offence punishable under Sections 8/20(b)(ii)(B) of the NDPS Act, pending in the Court of Mr. Rupesh Deo, Ld. Sessions Judge-cum Spl. Judge (NDPS), Patna.

3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that on the search of the residence of the petitioner, intermediate quantity, total 2.200 Kg, of Ganja was recovered and the petitioner was apprehended while he was trying to flee.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in this case. Counsel further submits that the

5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Having heard the parties and taking into account the intermediate quantity of Ganja recovered from the house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
