2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case No. 216 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 17.10.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55438 of 2025.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and others are accused of killing the deceased after calling him to a party.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that till now only charges have been framed, though the petitioner is in custody since 24.12.2024..

5. Considering the gravity of offence, this Court finds

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37384 of 2026(2) dt.30-06-2026 2/2 no ground to review its earlier order.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed again.

7. The Superintendent of Police, Samastipur is directed to ensure the appearance of the witnesses in the trial.

8. Let a copy of this order be communicated through FAX or e-mail to the Superintendent of Police, Samastipur for its compliance.
