JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 406, 323 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that one Zarina Khatoon developed some intimacy with the husband of the informant and subsequently got sale deed with regard to 7 kattha and 2 dhoors of land executed in her favour. The petitioner is alleged to have conspired in getting the sale deed executed. It is further alleged that the petitioner took away the husband of the informant from her house and when protest was made by the informant then she was assaulted and abused.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the thrust of accusation is against Zarina Khatoon who has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 8322 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9567 of 2015 (2) dt.11-03-2015 2/2 2015. The petitioner is only the neighbour of Zarina Khatoon. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Kazi Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 36 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Amrendra/- U T
