JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 01-08-2022 The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Thakraha P.S.Case No. 122 of 2020.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the entire allegation is against her husband Ashok Singh, but as it is admitted fact that Priti Singh, who is a relative of the informant, transferred Rs. 10 lakh in the bank account of

He has further submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit the said amount of Rs. 10 lakh in the Nazarat of the court below subject to final outcome of this case. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.-1, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Thakraha P.S.Case No. 122 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C. with further condition that the petitioner shall deposit Rs. 10 lakh in the Nazarat of the court below within 15 days of surrender, subject to final outcome of this case. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
