2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus direction to Respondents to issue Basgit Parcha in favour of the petitioner for the land bearing Khata 411 (Old), 791 (New) Kheara 47 (Old) 63 (New) area 3 Dec.

Situated at Mauza Tilhar, Thana No. 51/1, Revenue Thana Bangaon, Police StationMahishi, District ーSaharsa.

3. With the help of the different Annexures, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is a landless person, wanted settlement of the land, the revenue authorities accepted the said facts and the same was also acknowledged by the Circle Officer, Mahesi, Saharsa, However, thereafter, no development has taken place.

4. Learned State counsel submits that if he is a landless person, should have approached the Collector, Saharsa for the redressal of the grievance.

5. In that background, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the Collector, Mahesi (respondent no.2),Saharsa for the redressal of the grievance.

6. Granting said liberty and expecting the Collector, Saharsa to take the matter to its logical conclusion at an earliest, the writ petition is disposed of.
