This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,504, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is the husband of the informant who is constable in Central Industrial Security Force presently posted at Assam.

From the submission made on behalf of the parties, it appears that some matrimonial discord between them appears to be the reason behind institution of the First Information Report. Be that as it may, in the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner above named in the event of his arrest/surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12511 of 2015 (4) dt.30-07-2015 within four weeks from today in the Court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Obera P.S.
