2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 616 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 324(5), 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is working as a Daftari in which office of the Sub-Registrar and he is suspected to be involved in manipulating of government records.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the application of the petitioner and has submitted that custodial

6. Considering the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.

8. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail failing which the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna will take all steps for arrest of the the petitioner.

9. In case, the petitioner surrenders within four weeks and prays for regular bail then the regular bail application of the petitioner shall be considered by the concerned Court below on its own merits.

10. Let a copy of this order this order be communicated to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna through FAX for its compliance.
