The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Bhabhua P.S. case No.49 of 2010 registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code and 135/138 of the Electricity Act, pending before the court of the Special court Electricity, Gaya. Considering that this is a second application for anticipatory bail, which is not maintainable, prayer for anticipatory bail is once again rejected with a direction to the Petitioner to surrender in the court below within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order, failing which the Trial Court shall take stringent steps for ensuring his arrest.
