The petitioner is accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 315 of 2019 arising out of Tribeniganj P.S. Case No. 154 of 2019 registered under Sections 363, 364, 34 of the I.P.C. and later on section 302/201 of the I.P.C. was added, pending in the Court of Additional District and Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, Supaul.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 22588 of 2020 on 10.11.2020. Petitioner is in jail custody since 01.08.2019. Leaned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State submits that on merit, prayer of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47942 of 2021(3) dt.08-09-2021 2/2 for bail was rejected by this Court and there is no fresh ground in the instant case.
