Seeking exception to a judgment and order dated 01.03.2016 passed by the learned Writ Court in dismissing the writ

Patna High Court LPA No.681 of 2016 dt.09-05-2017 2/2 petition challenging selection of Panchayat Teacher which was held in the year, 2005 on account of delay and laches, this appeal has been filed.
