Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case in which they are said to have attacked the police party to secure release of a notorious criminal Pappu Paswan, even succeeded in securing his release. 20 persons are named in the First Information Report. Let petitioners, named above, surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below and thereafter petitioners Dhananjay Kumar @ Dhanjay Kumar @ Dhananjay @ Dhanraj Yadav, Gandhari Paswan @ Gendhari Paswan be admitted to the privilege of bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 16 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. So far Petitioner Nos. 2, 3 of Cr. Misc. No. 36197 of 2014 are concerned, they are named in the First Information Report, as such, they should surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below and apply for regular bail, which should be considered in accordance with law.
