JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-12-2022 After having heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel for the opposite parties, it appear that this Court's order dated 20.12.2021 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 15033 of 2016 has been complied with. In the Court's opinion, no deliberate disobedience of the Court's order is made out.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner

Patna High Court MJC No.1189 of 2022(6) dt.07-12-2022 2/2 has, however, attempted to convince this Court, that the opposite parties have not supplied the calculation based on which the payment has been made to him in compliance of the said order of this Court. He has further submitted that the petitioner has been paid less amount than what he was entitled to. In my opinion, if the petitioner has any grievance in respect of computation of his entitlements, he is at liberty to approach competent authority in that regard.

In my opinion, the order of this Court stands complied with and, therefore, there is no reason for the Court to proceed with the matter. The contempt proceeding is accordingly dropped.
