In view of the allegation set out in the complaint, duly discussed by the Sessions Judge, Gaya in his order refusing bail in the event of arrest to the petitioner, I am not inclined to admit the petitioner to the privilege of bail in the event of arrest. He is directed to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below and apply for regular bail in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 70 of 2014, which should be considered in accordance with law in the light of the materials collected in the case diary.
