JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-01-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the opposite parties have already recommended for grant of benefits of ACP and MACP, however, actual monetary benefits have not been granted till date.

I have perused the show cause filed by the opposite parties no.2 and 3, which shows that the requisites benefits of ACP and MACP have already been granted to the petitioner herein vide order dated 04.12.2018 passed by the Departmental Promotion Committee.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition is disposed of, however, with a direction to the opposite parties to grant

Patna High Court MJC No.2902 of 2018(3) dt.09-01-2019 2/2 actual monetary benefits of ACP and MACP to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today.
