JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 24-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

There happens to be specific allegation against the petitioner to have inflicted sword blow over head of informant, Vicky Singh, Nitu Singh, Pramod Singh, Abhishek Kumar. However, from Annexure-3 series as well as from the order impugned, it is apparent that there happens to be presence of sharp cut injuries over the respective injured, found to be simple. Moreover, there happens to be absence of allegation of repetition of blow and in the aforesaid background, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned lower Court with a prayer of bail which, during course of consideration the learned lower Court will take into account the aforesaid eventualities.
