This application has been filed for quashing the order of cognizance dated 11.02.2015 passed in Paharpur P.S. Case No. 21 of 2014 by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari for the offences under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120(B), 384 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The court below has taken cognizance.
