The instant contempt application is being filed for
Patna High Court MJC No.2904 of 2018(3) dt.07-01-2020 2/2 initiating contempt proceedings against the Contemnors / Opposite Parties, in particular, for willful and deliberate violation of the order dated 23.06.2015 passed by a Division Bench of the Hon'ble Court in a PIL matter presided by the then the Hon'ble Chief Justice in C.W.J.C. No. 9574 of 2012 (Sunil Kumar & Ors Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to agitate the claim raised in this petition by filing a fresh application. The application is accordingly disposed of with the liberty aforesaid.
