2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with POCSO Case No. 36 of 2025 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 341, 323, 307, 354(B), 376-D and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 & 6 of the POCSO Act.
3. As per FIR, this petitioner along with other coaccused persons committed rape upon sister of informant and threatened not to reveal the ordeal to anyone.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to old enmity and land dispute. There

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application of the petitioner and submits that petitioner along with other co-accused has committed rape upon the victim girl. Hence, he does not deserve bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as nature of allegation against the petitioner, the prayer for grant of regular bail is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) ajay/- U T
