JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.2850 of 2012 under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
The Petitioner submits that prior to filing of the instant case, he had filed Matrimonial Suit under section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act.
It appears from the order of the learned Sessions Judge that the Complainant is reluctant to live with the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the

No.35781 of 2014 (2) dt.20-02-2015 petitioner namely, Amarnath Singh is directed to be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of his arrest/surrender, in connection with Complaint Case No.2850/2012 corresponding to Trial No.2186 of 2013, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, (East), Muzaffarpur subject to the condition that he would not absent himself for two consecutive dates till two witnesses are examined in trial.
