JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.2850 of 2012 under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

The Petitioner submits that prior to filing of the instant case, he had filed Matrimonial Suit under section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act.

It appears from the order of the learned Sessions Judge that the Complainant is reluctant to live with the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the
