The issue involved in the present writ application relates to the Girja Project Girls' High School, Madanpur, Aurangabad. The petitioner is aggrieved by the order of the Director, Secondary Education-cum-Additional Secretary, Bihar, Patna.

Considering the fact that the writ application remained pending for more than one year for disposal of the grievance pertaining to approval of service of teaching and nonteaching staff, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1288 of 2017(3) dt.08-03-2018 2/2 writ application in order to approach the Principal Secretary, Education, Government of Bihar, Patna.

In view of the aforesaid the writ application is permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioner to file exhaustive representation before the Principal Secretary, Education, Government of Bihar, Patna.

In case such representation is filed, the Principal Secretary will decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously.
