The petitioners seek bail in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 186 of 2020, dated 20.05.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are not named in the F.I.R., but their name has transpired in the further statement of the informant. An occurrence had taken place sometimes before for which the parties have fought amongst themselves. Later, the fight turned into a murderous assault in which one person lost his life.

It appears from the impugned order as also

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34609 of 2020(2) dt.22-12-2020 2/2 from the submission made on behalf of the petitioners that they have been named during the course of investigation, but nothing specific has been alleged against them.

The petitioners are in custody since 24.05.2020 and enjoy clean antecedents.

Regard being had to the aforestated facts, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 186 of 2020.
