JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 28-04-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though title suit has been decided in favour of the petitioner and though the application filed by the respondent no. 9 for delivering possession was earlier dismissed by the DCLR, Banka, and, in execution case, possession of the concerned land was delivered to the petitioner, however, in the month of January 2015 respondent no. 9 has forcibly dispossessed him.
However, after some argument, the petitioner prays for and is granted liberty for moving before the appropriate
Patna High Court CWJC No.5021 of 2015 (2) dt.28-04-2015 forum for redressal of his grievances.
Accordingly, this writ application stands disposed of.
