The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 506, 427, 323, 504, 380/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioners claiming title over the land and house of the informant and demanded Rs. 2,000,00/-. When the informant paid Rs. 1,000,00/- due to fear of life thereafter, the petitioners assaulted and robbed the articles from the shop of the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11180 of 2015 (2) dt.18-03-2015 petitioners that the petitioners are agnates of the informant and Title Suit no. 89 of 1998 was filed by the inforfmant claiming the house in question which was dismissed and against which Miscellaneous Appeal was filed. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the accusation in the background of serious title dispute with regard to property in question, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Baheri P.S.
