The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with I. F. Case No. 26 of 2015 registered under Sections 33, 41 and 42 of the Indian Forest Act and 2, 17, 27 and 29 of Wild Life Protection Act.

Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioners were found indulged in cutting green sagwan tree in the reserved forest area, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, their prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Kanchan/- U T
