1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of any appropriate writ or writs, rule or direction, especially in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to pay compensation to the petitioner under the scheme of Bihar Pirit Pratikar Scheme, 2014 for rehabilitation."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.16083 of 2018(3) dt.11-09-2024 2/2 seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 19.07.2017, passed by the District Legal Services Authority, Khagaria, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed by the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered on merits by the appellate authority, without it being impeded by the issue of limitation.
4. The writ petition stands disposed off.
