2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, a quarrel took place between two groups of people, as a result of which, persons from both sides attacked with weapons on each other and four empty cartridges were recovered from the place of occurrence.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. No one has sustained any injury. No incriminating article has been

Similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 07.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3968 of 2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, nature of accusation and claim based on parity, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is allowed.
7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Patna City, Patna, in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 547 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
