Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are released on P.R. Bond by the police. Therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw this Anticipatory Bail Petition. The Anticipatory Bail Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

The petitioners are directed to surrender in the learned court below and the court below shall consider the prayer for bail of the petitioners on the same day on its merit taking into consideration that the petitioners were on personal bonds to appear in the court.
