====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 22-02-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 214 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant, brother of the deceased, alleged that at about 4.00 in the evening, petitioner no.1 took his brother from his house. The informant saw that Raju Rai, accused no.1, petitioner no.2, Umesh Rai and Santosh Rai, accused no.2 were also following them. They disclosed that the brother of the informant should be allowed to go to celebrate Holi festival. At about 7.00 in the evening, the informant came to know that t he

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 15.01.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.32338 of 2020. He further submits that the petitioner is in jail custody since 16.06.2020 and there is no specific allegation against these petitioners. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) each only with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 214 of 2020.
