2. The earlier anticipatory bail petition of the petitioners was rejected by this Court vide order dated 15.07.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 61532 of 2021.

3. According to the FIR, the quarrel was going on due to land dispute. The informant, who is a police official, tried to pacify the matter, then co-accused Md. Haisul assaulted the informant (A.S.I.) with farsa. He suffered injuries in the index finger of his right hand. The specific allegation against petitioner nos. 2 and 3 is of assaulting one Md. Alam and his

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that Md. Haisul and other co-accused persons, on similar footing, have been granted anticipatory bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.06.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 49638 of 2021.

4. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 376 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
