JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-04-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 370 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that in the background of fight between children of both parties the accused persons, including the petitioners, made assault to the informant side. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that injury of the informant side has been found to be simple in nature. There is counter version in which petitioners' side received grievous injuries.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18325 of 2016 (2) dt.28-04-2016 2/2 surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Benipatti, Madhubani in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 20 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
