The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is of killing the daughter of the informant after three years of marriage for nonfulfillment of dowry demand of motorcycle and gold chain. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that thrust of accusation is against the husband of the victim, who is in custody. The petitioners claim to have been seperate from the husband of the victim. The informant has retracted from the initial version and filed a petition to that effect before learned court below.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16805 of 2016 (2) dt.19-04-2016 named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S.
