The petitioner, in this writ petition, seeks quashing of the order, dated 22.12.2009, as contained in Memo No. 4075, by which the petitioner was put under suspension. The learned counsel for the State produced the order of the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, as contained in Memo No. 1801, dated 09.10.2017, by which the suspension of the petitioner has been revoked.

Considering the facts, aforesaid, the writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, it is disposed off. However, it is made clear that the District Magistrate shall pay the subsistence and other allowances to the petitioner, if the petitioner is entitled for, within three months, from the date of receipt of this order.
