Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he should be allowed to approach the Bihar Public Works Contracts Disputes Arbitration Tribunal Act, 2008 for redressal of his grievance.

In such view of the matter, the petitioner is permitted to approach the Bihar Public Works Contracts Disputes Arbitration Tribunal Act, 2008 for redressal of his grievance. If the petitioner approaches the Tribunal, the Tribunal
