Petitioner is in jail custody since 6.5.2014 on the accusation that he established physical relation with the informant with false promise of marriage.

Admittedly, at the time of so-called alleged occurrence, informant was major.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also keeping in mind the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
