JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-04-2016 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 14.10.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.42034/2015 for extending the period of surrender.

As prayed for learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the petition. Counsel for the petitioner confines the prayer to the extent of extending the period of surrender only. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, let the date of surrender be extended by three weeks calculated from the date of receipt or production of copy of the order.

The order dated 14.10.2015 stands modified to the extent indicated above.
