JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that accused Surendra Rai asked his brother Shukumar Rai to put the house of the informant on fire, thereafter, accused persons came armed with deadly weapons and made indiscriminate firing as a result of which, the brother of the informant and the villagers who reached on the spot, received firearm injury.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the injury reports suggest simple superficial injury caused by hard and blunt substance.

Considering the fact that the accusation is not being
