As per the claim of the petitioner, he was allotted altogether three works and he has done the work in time to the satisfaction of the authority concerned, certain payments have been made, but still he is entitled to Rs.3,34,530/-. From the body of the writ petition, it appears that the petitioner was allotted the first work vide letter no.37 dated 15.01.2014 for Rs.15,61,114/-, second work was allotted vide memo

Patna High Court CWJC No.10548 of 2017 dt.01-09-2017 2/2 no.236 dated 11.07.2015 for Rs.2,27,270/- and third work was allotted vide memo no.238 dated 11.07.2015 for Rs.2,56,135/-. The petitioner was allotted certain amount in advance, during the period of work he was also paid certain amount, but still he is entitled to Rs.3,34,530/-.

Let the petitioner file a detailed representation to the District Magistrate, Jehanabad, attaching the order of this Court, who will be obliged to examine the claim of the petitioner and take decision in accordance with law. If it is found that the petitioner is entitled to the amount, it goes without saying, the same will be paid to him without unnecessary delay. The entire exercise should be completed by the Collector, Jehanabad within a period of three months from the date of filing of representation by the petitioner. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application is disposed of.
