The Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur and the Jail Superintendent, Khudi Ram Bose Central Jail, Muzaffarpur are present in person.

The Senior Superintendent of Police informs us that the husband of the petitioner is being produced before the court concerned today.

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1231 of 2017 dt.08-08-2017 2/2 In such a situation, since the husband of the petitioner is to be produced today before the court concerned, there is no requirement of passing further order in this writ application after such undertaking.

Accordingly, this writ application stands disposed of. However, the Senior Superintendent of Police has informed us that due to certain negligence on the part of some of the personnel of police, the accused could not be produced on earlier occasion and he has taken administrative action against erring officials.
