The learned SC-11 for the respondent submitted that there is no illegality in the impugned order passed by the Court below.

By the impugned order dated 14.01.2015, the learned Additional District Judge-II, Supaul has rejected the application filed by the petitioner under order-41 Rule-27 (aa) of Criminal Procedure Code in Title Appeal No. 27 of 2003. From perusal of the order, it appears that the Court below has considered the facts of the case and thereafter held that this document, which is sought to be produced as additional evidence, is not necessary for just decision of the suit. In view of the aforesaid finding recorded by the Court below and the settled principles of law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supeme Court, 2013 (1) PLJR 48 Supreme Court, I find

Patna High Court CWJC No.4091 of 2015 (2) dt.11-03-2016 no reason to interfere with the impugned order. Thus, this writ application is dismissed.
