The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, the altercation took place due to parking of the vehicle.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that there is a case and counter case between the parties and both the sides have sustained injuries.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Arun Kumar, be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15982 of 2016 (2) dt.23-05-2016 2/2 within a period of six weeks from today in Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 40/2016, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000( Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Sushant Ranjan, J.M. 1st Class, Patna City subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
