Patna High Court CWJC No.10573 of 2017 dt.22-11-2017 2/2 was suspended and an enquiry report was called for and now based on the enquiry report she has been exonerated of the charges leveled against her.
Keeping in view the aforesaid, now no further indulgence in the matter of Public Interest Litigation is called for. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
