JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.1407 of 2012 under sections 323, 341, 307, 498A, 494/34 of the Indian Penal Code in which cognizance has been taken only under Sections 498A, 494 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner Usha Devi is directed to be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of her arrest/surrender, in connection with Complaint Case No.1407/2012, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur.
