JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 29-01-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had already received cheque but the aforesaid cheque is not inconsonance with his entitlement as shown by him by filing a representation before the authorities concerned in pursuance of order impugned dated 18.02.2008 and being turn down at the end of the authorities vide Annexure-A, which has given a new cause and for that independent writ will be attracted. Therefore, giving a liberty to that extent, accepting the show cause suggesting compliance of the order impugned, instant MJC be dropped.

The learned AC to GA-11 has conceded over the same. However, learned counsel for the University is absent. Considering the submission made on behalf of petitioner, instant MJC is dropped keeping the passage open for the petitioner in a way as he so desires. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J.) PN/- U
