PS - Pahadi has wrongly been mentioned. PS - Patahi is the correct PS, as per submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner. The mistake has occurred in the description of petitioner No 1 in cause title of the bail application itself and, therefore, the same is also reflected in the order dated 22.06.2021 passed in Cr Misc No 4544 of 2021. Vakalatnama shows the address of petitioner No 1 as PS - Patahi.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47432 of 2021(3) dt.03-11-2021 2/2 This Court would, therefore, direct that PS - Patahi be incorporated in the cause title in the description of petitioner No 1 in the order dated 22.06.2021 passed in Cr Misc No 4544 of 2021.

Further submission is that due to typographical error of inadvertence, name of PS could not be mentioned in the description of petitioner No 2 in the bail application. Accordingly, name of PS in the description of petitioner No 2 is not reflected in the cause title of order dated 22.06.2021 passed in Cr Misc No 4544 of 2021.

Referring to vakalatnama, learned counsel submits that petitioner No 2 is also resident of PS - Patahi. This Court would direct that in description of petitioner No 2 in the cause title, PS - Patahi be read as part of his address.

This application is allowed and the order dated 22.06.2021 passed in Cr Misc No 4544 of 2021 stands modified to the extent indicated above.
