Patna High Court CWJC No.2075 of 2005 (6) dt.02-02-2015 2/2 behalf of the respondents either, though names of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties are printed in the daily cause list.
2. On examination of the records, this Court finds that the present writ petition stood dismissed as against substituted respondent nos. 5 and 6 on account of non-compliance of the court's peremptory order dated 05.07.2013 passed by a Bench of this Court. Despite passage of about one and half years since the date of the aforesaid order, steps have not been taken by the petitioner for restoration of the present writ petition as against the aforesaid substituted respondent nos. 5 and 6.
3. It appears that the petitioner has lost all interest in the present writ petition. The writ petition appears to have also become otherwise incompetent on account of its dismissal against some of the respondents, as indicated above.
4. For the reasons recorded above, this Court is left with no option but to dismiss the present writ petition. It is, accordingly, dismissed, but without costs.
