Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office, within four weeks. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354 & 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. Petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive.

No.48745 of 2021(2) dt.25-04-2022 2/2 The only against the petitioner is that he was the member of the mob and no specific allegation of assault levelled against him rather the allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. As a matter of fact, the informant is vetenar criminal and so many cases are pending against him in the State of Bihar and Jharkhand. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the petitioner was only the member of mob and no specific overt act has been attributed against him, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned lower Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Rivilganj P.S. Case No.157 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
