The petitioner is in custody in connection with Maheskhunt P.S. Case No. 78 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 14.04.2023.

It is alleged that a stolen tempo has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail after completing 6 months in judicial custody on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of
