The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chousa P.S. Case No. 46 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 09.05.2021, is a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation is of recovery of one loaded country-made pistol with seven live cartridges.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and

Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 09.05.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case and the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Chousa P.S. Case No. 46 of 2021 with a condition that one of the bailors shall be the brother of the petitioner, Diwakar Kumar Singh. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Rishi/- U T
